For women navigating chronic conditions. Designed by someone who gets it.
Shop on Etsy →Built in a dark room, between migraines, on the back of receipts and old envelopes. I started tracking my attacks because no app could survive contact with a real one — the screen was too bright, the taps too fiddly, the patterns too quiet to ever surface in a graph someone else designed.
So I drew my own pages. Big circles to fill in when my hands shook. Phase columns instead of timestamps, because attacks don't happen on the hour. Calendars I could shade by the window instead of poking at a phone. Pages a neurologist could actually read in fifteen minutes.
WellPaperCo is what came out of that — printable trackers for women living with chronic conditions, made with the kind of care you only have when you've been the patient. Not medical advice. Not a cure. Just a quieter, kinder way to gather the evidence of your own body, and walk into the next appointment with it in your hands.
